The December holiday season is upon us … and is it ever an eventful one! There is something to do for everyone on your list, whether it’s taking the kids to see Santa (he really gets around the Lowcountry!), finding unique gifts at area holiday markets, attending any number of performances and New Year’s Eve celebrations with your special someone (but, unlike Santa, you can only be at one place at any one time!), and so much more! 1: Charleston Horticultural Society’s Holiday Green...

July is here and that means it's time to celebrate! Bring out the grill and get ready for a cookout with your friends and family! Did you know that an estimated 150 million hot dogs will be consumed on July 4th? We hope you continue to enjoy your summer and stay cool during this hot month!

Fall is finally here and the temperature is getting really nice, with low humidity. Everything in October is pumpkin this and pumpkin that, so make sure you go to the Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch. Here is your October calendar of events:.jpg)
December and the holiday season is upon us. Most of the events in town this month are holiday related. The Sound of Charleston from Gospel to Gershwin will be at the Circular Congregational Church all month. The Holiday Festival of Lights at the James Island County Park is always a favorite. There will be plays, music, parades, and tree lightings all month. What a great time of the year in Charleston with temperatures in the mid 60’s. Here is your December calendar of events:
Charleston, SC,

October is here and cooler weather is on the way! Our fall weather is spectacular, with temperatures mostly in the 70’s. Oyster roasts are back in season, top performers are stopping by and local breweries are showcasing their best Fall beers.
September is here and the weather will begin to cool off a bit, so there will be lots of great OUTDOOOR activities. September has Charleston Beer Week, Charleston Restaurant Week, Charleston Scottish Games & Highland Gathering, and a Taste of Charleston.

November is here and we didn’t have any hurricanes!! We did have a tornado and a lot of rain from the remnants of Hurricane Patricia. But Charleston has weathered the storm nicely, as always.
