Grab your bathing suit because Charleston Water Week is just around the corner! From September 5th to 13th, Charleston will be home to a bunch of exciting water events held across 21 different venues.
All of these activities will surely make you hungry and thirsty. So be sure to check out the area's awesome array of food, including fresh local produce at our farmers markets, not to mention Summerville's Sweet Tea Festival (9/14-9/18). You might even be able to catch a deal on your meal, especially during this month’s holidays which include Labor Day (9/7), National Tailgating Day (9/5), Chocolate Milkshake Day (9/12), National Pepperoni Pizza Day (9/20) and many others. Spring is finally here and we could not be happier about the pleasant weather, longer days and colorful blooms that it brings! We also have Easter, Passover and Earth Day to look forward to later this month! The COVID-19 pandemic that we are in the midst of has certainly created a very different and uncertain time for us.

The first day of classes is right around the corner with students returning to Berkeley and Dorchester County schools on the 19th and to Charleston County schools on the 21st. So be sure to grab some more days of fun before the kiddos go back to school and don't forget to inform them about "cooties"! 
June has arrived and so has the scorching heat! As a matter of fact, we hit the 100s in late May so get ready for a hot summer! The Spoleto Festival USA is now in full swing and you still have time to see some of the amazing and beautiful pieces. Father's Day is mid-month (16th) so don't forget to treat dad to a day of golf and celebrate him! There are tons of events going on this month, including many to help escape the heat. Be sure to check them out!
Spring is here and there are lots of outdoor events and activities this April. The week-long Volvo Car Open tennis tournament on Daniel Island kicks off the month and concludes on the same weekend as the Cooper River Bridge Run and Summerville's Flowertime Festival. The month wraps up with Mt. Pleasant's 32nd Blessing of the Fleet & Seafood Festival. In between, there are a host of other exhibits, expos, fairs, festivals, galas, performances, shows, sporting events, and tournaments both inside and out, not to mention Easter, Passover and Earth Day services and celebrations. So get out there and have some fun!
