I'On is one of the premier custom home communities in the Charleston area. In 2009, custom homes in I'On Village generally range in price from $500,000 to $2.5 million. There are still vacant lots available for sale in I'On, and these range in price from $100,000 to $500,000.
This 240-acre neighborhood is divided into six smaller "boroughs" of 80 to 150 homes (there are supposed to be a total of about 760 homes when fully built).
