Aunque muchos de los clientes hispanoparlantes hablan inglés, muchos se sienten más cómodos trabajando con alguien en su idioma nativo. Alan ha trabajado con clientes de todos los países de Latinoamérica (incluyendo Brasil) y de España.
Durante sus 19 años en bienes raíces, Alan ha ayudado a comprar y vender más de 500 propiedades, y se ha ganado el premio de "Realtor of Distinction" otorgado por CTAR (la asociación de corredores de bienes raíces de Charleston) desde el 2013.
