  9. Schedule inspections and negotiate repairs.

  10. Communicate & coordinate with all parties in the transaction (attorney, mortgage lender, inspectors, the listing agent, insurance agents, etc.). 

  11. Protect your earnest money.

  12. Follow up with all the contract-to-closing steps to ensure all documentation is in place, all due diligence is done on time, and the transaction closes with minimum delays or hiccups.

  13. Anticipate and prevent or help resolve potential problems during the transaction.

The best thing about using US as your Buyer Agents is that most of the time our services won’t cost you a penny! (Normally the seller pays the Buyer Agent's commission).
