Carolina Park - New Phase in Riverside: Bolden Grove!
- The site agents expect to have pricing, floor plans, homes site renderings, and included feature sheets for this next Riverside Phase within 45 days or so. They will start pre-sales for sometime later this summer or early fall. Stay tuned for more specifics on pre-sales and timing. There will be 27 lots total, some that are almost 1/2 an acre!
