Wow, there is so much going on in the Charleston area this month! There’s truly something for everyone! Several fairs, festivals and holiday events are planned, including the MOJA Arts Festival (1st-10th), the Goose Creek Fall Festival (2nd), Summerville’s Flowertown Festival and the Charleston Greek Festival (both 8th-10th), the Columbus Day long weekend (9th-11th), Charleston’s Latin American Festival (10th), Mount Pleasant’s Children’s Day Festival (17th), Folly Beach’s FollyPalooza (20th), the Coastal Carolina Fair (28th - November 7th) and Halloween (31st). Plus, if you love beer, Oktoberfest continues on from September into early this month AND Charleston Beer Week runs from the 29th through November 7th. We also have a variety of sports and entertainment events taking place and the continuation of several area farmers markets. We’ve listed many weekly and individual events below and provided links so you can find out more. Seriously, there’s no excuse to not get out there and enjoy yourselves!
