  • Median price per square foot $145/sqft.
  • 9 under $100,000, 12 over $1M (2 of those over $2M)
  • Median days on market 37
  • Median Year Built 1997
  • 3(1%) of 232 single family homes under contract past week were BANK OWNED FORECLOSURES or SHORT SALES
  • 11% were new construction
  • NO short sales in areas 31/32, 61-76

  • 10 Charleston Peninsula single family homes went under contract with list prices from $175,000 - $1.3M.
  • 50 Summerville/Ladson single family homes went under contract with list prices from $75,000 - $500,000. 
  • 56 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner single family homes went under contract with list prices from $50,000 - $645,000.
