Hobcaw Creek Plantation is a splendid subdivision of about 257 homes located off of Long Point Road. The neighborhood backs up onto Hobcaw Creek which gives many select home sites marsh and/or water views. Most of the homes were built sometime between 1988 and 2003 which makes Hobcaw Creek Plantation one of the more established neighborhoods in Mount Pleasant. The neighborhood has an ideal location being very near to Downtown Charleston and close to beaches on Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island.
