Cresswind at The Ponds offers the combination of a 55+ community with restricted access for children, with the "general" community at The Ponds which is not age-restricted. The following description was taken from Kolter Homes' website:

Note on Pickleball: I play pickleball myself (this is a picture of my partner Doug Miller and I, when we got the silver medal at the Goose Creek Tournament in 2018, which we sponsored).
