Olde Park is an upscale, custom-built neighborhood offering some of the most elegant and luxurious homes in Mount Pleasant. The subdivision was created in 2000 and purposefully designed to have a mature feeling of a neighborhood that had been established for 30 years. The entrance is located off of Mathis Ferry Road near the Cooper River Bridge and is next to the well-known I'On subdivision. The back of the neighborhood borders Hobcaw Creek.
