Joint Base Charleston and the Naval Weapons Station are both a part of our Charleston community and we have been fortunate to work with many military individuals and families relocating to/from the Charleston, SC area.

We’ll spend time getting to know what is important to you, helping you narrow the areas/homes that will work for you, then set up an online portal of homes to sift through.
Once we’ve narrowed the list, we’ll view homes on your behalf, and we’ll either take lots of photos of your favorite homes along with photos of the street scene and area attractions and email you a link, or schedule a FaceTime showing with you so you can get a virtual look at the property. This along with our other internet based abilities will assist you in understanding our home market well before you ever arrive.
