Alan Donald is a REALTOR® and licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty in Charleston-Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Initially trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Alan completed in 1985 a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned Fulbright and OAS Scholarships and majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Alan brings extensive international experience (U.S., Australia, Canada, Colombia), including: 12 years of real estate sales (residential, commercial and industrial), 8 years of international marketing and entrepreneurship consulting and 5 years of teaching and higher education management.

In the past five years, Alan has sold over $15 million in property in the Charleston, SC area and consistently ranked in the top 5% in number of transactions (top 10% in volume) for Keller Williams Realty in Mt. Pleasant and has built a successful business based on strong client relationships.
As a fully bilingual (English-Spanish) and multicultural REALTOR®, Alan has established both a strong presence ranging from Downtown Charleston to Mt. Pleasant, Sullivans Island, Daniel Island, James Island, Goose Creek, Summerville, Hanahan and West Ashley. Currently 75% of Alan’s business originates from referrals (from past clients, friends, acquaintances, out-of-town real estate agents and local business associates), which attests to his stellar performance and reputation as a professional REALTOR®.

Alan is an active volunteer at The Mentors’ Association for the Citadel School of Business Administration, and the Latin American Business Council at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of CWIT, Circulo Hispanoamericano de Charleston, the Longpoint Business Club and The Scottish Society of Charleston. He has served as a committee member at the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and at the Keller Williams Realty Agent Leadership Council.
In his spare time, Alan and his wife Heidi are active tennis players, enjoys camping, taking photographs, fishing, reading, traveling and watching their two sons play sports.
