New Lot Releases on Daniel island
There will be a couple
of lot releases on Daniel Island in 2018.
There will be 4 lots released on Captain's Island in January, two deep water lots with private dock permits and 2 marshfront lots on Ralston Creek.
In Daniel Island Park, there will also be a release in the Ralston Grove section (probably in February), of approximately 25-30 homesites, about half of which are interior lots and 16 with beautiful marsh views.
In addition to homesites, several builders are building "spec homes" in this neighborhood, if you are interested call us on 843-900-0155, we can provide those details.
On the South end in Edgefield and Smythe Park, homesites will be released at the end of Village Crossing Drive, (the name of the street is Wando View Cove), these lots will have marsh/river views and individual buyers will have the opportunity to buy and choose their builder.
The rest of the South End of Daniel Island lots have been assigned to builders, if you are interested in learning more about those homes, let us know and we will provide additional details.
In early 2019, the developer is expecting to release more homesites on Captain's Island, to include deep water on the Wando River, marsh and interior lots. Also, in 2019 in Daniel Island Park, the final group of golf homesites on Brailsford Street will be released.
