Carol Oaks is a subdivision of Mount Pleasant, SC that is currently under construction off of Highway 41. The master plan for the community will include green space, ponds, and 46 single family homes.
Carol Oaks is one of the few new home developments in Mt Pleasant that still offers Charleston-style, single family detached homes under $300,000. Two builders (Catalyst Builders (formerly Meridian Builders) and Six Palmetto) offer a variety of floor plans. Homes start in the mid-$220,000's and they include many features found only in homes of a higher price point.
