Heron Pointe is a small, friendly and centrally-located neighborhood (60+ homes) in inner Mt. Pleasant. The community was built between its large (2 acre) pond and the marsh (some homes have docks on a tidal creek that feeds into Hobcaw Creek and the Wando River). Most existing homes were built in the late 80's or early 90's and range in size from 1,800 to 3,500 sq. ft.
Heron Pointe Covenants & Restrictions allow for diversity in architectural styles and exterior materials. Therefore this neighborhood has diverse homes that include traditional and contemprary styles.
