The community is being developed by Ashton Woods, a smaller yet well known builder in the area. There are 62 lots with 13 floor plans to choose from! Great open floor plans with options to include a gourmet kitchen, porches, walk-in closets and more. Base prices start in the high $400,000's. Interior, pond and marsh front lots available with lot premiums ranging anywhere from $6,000-$62,000. The build time is approximately 8 months and Ashton Woods is currently building 13 spec homes that are either under construction or in for permit (as of 12-13-16).

The HOA fee is $900 per year and includes the pool, cabana and playground. The amenities are currently under construction and the pool should be completed during the summer of 2017!
